Philippe Schulligen

Philippe, co-founder of Boost Capital Group, has helped busy professionals and parents to invest passively in 15 properties totaling 2,800 apartments, a $290M portfolio. 


In the roles of General Partner and Key Principal, he has first-hand experience in commercial multifamily real estate acquisitions, syndications, assets management, and dispositions. 

Philippe is founder and co-host of the Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Network Meetup.

Philippe also shares his multifamily experience with new entrepreneurs as a mentor, and with passive investors and operators as an advisor.

Prior to being full time in real estate, Philippe worked a corporate job in the business jets aircraft industry in various leadership roles for over 20 years. He holds a Master’s Degree in Science – Mechanical Engineering. 

Jeff Rodriguez

Jeff Rodriguez, co-founder of Boost Capital Group, has been an active investor in alternative assets and strongly believes busy professionals should not have to compromise on their investment options due to limited time.

 

Jeff has worked with busy professionals looking to put their money to work by facilitating investment opportunities, while also ensuring it meets their investment goals. These partnerships have presented opportunities for investors to invest in residential projects to include fix and flips, and buy and hold strategies (BRRRR). He has also partnered on the acquisition of over 300 Commercial Multifamily Apartment units valued at $20MM+. 

 

Jeff has honorably served in the United States Marine Corps, and has over 20 years in government service.
